What Photo is Best to Upload?

For the best results, please upload a clear, close-up photo of your pet. Ensure the photo is in focus and not blurry. Don’t worry if the photo isn’t perfect – if there are any issues, we will contact you to request a different photo.

Can I amend my order once completed?

If for any reason your order is incorrect or you wish to change something please notify us within 5 hours of placing the order. After this time we cannot guarantee it can be changed due to orders being print almost immediately

Do you only create products with cat and dog photos?

No! We can create custom products with photos of any pet, including birds, rabbits, reptiles, horses, and more. If you have a pet, we can turn their photo into a unique keepsake!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google pay, Apple pay.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

We provide tracking numbers for orders shipped within the UK only.
